This Refund and Returns Policy covers the purchase of digital products, digital services and physical products (the “Products” and “Packages”) provided by The Hiking Club on the website www.thehiking.club.

Chamonix Valley packages

No refund is available upon receiving access to this digital product.

Custom GPS Map

No refund is available upon receiving access to this digital product.

Complete Package

No refund is available upon receiving access to this digital product.

Expert Access and Group Packages

Before receiving any planning support and/or attending a scheduled consultation, a 50% refund is available upon request.

After receiving any planning support or after the scheduled consultation time has passed, no refund is available.

If you do not show up to a scheduled consultation time, you may reschedule the consultation for another time.

If you do not show up to a second scheduled consultation time, you’ll need to purchase a new consultation product if you’d like to reschedule again.

Events

Before attending the event, or if you’ve been unable to attend, and before receiving the recording of the event, an 80% refund is available upon request.

After you have attended the event, or if you’ve been unable to attend, and after you have received the recording of the event, no refund is available.

Training Programs

No refund is available upon receiving access to this digital product

Consultations

Before attending a scheduled consultation, an 80% refund is available upon request.

After the scheduled consultation time has past, no refund is available.

If you do not show up to a scheduled consultation time, you may reschedule the consultation for another time.

If you do not show up to a second scheduled consultation time, you’ll need to purchase a new consultation product if you’d like to reschedule again.

For our physical products

If your product arrives damaged, we will replace it free of charge. Email info@thehiking.club with the email address, purchase date, name of physical product purchased and photos of the damaged product. We will arrange a replacement to be sent within 7 days with standard shipping.
